that depends on what pokedex you are talking about. If you're reffering to the sinnoh pokedex, then number 102 is Chatot. It can be found and captured on the the route just outside of the Pokemon league. (where you catch shaymin) You can also see chatot by battling a trainer on route 212. The other way to obtain chatot is to trade with a kid. I'm not sure what the city was. If you were reffering to the national pokedex, then number 102 is exeggute, and can be obtained in the safarai zone, which is located in pastoria city. Once you catch it, then give it a leaf stone, and it will evolve into exegguter.

( you can find him along the beach to the west of Sunnyshore City) If youre talking about the National Pokedex then the number 102 is EXEGGCUTE.
