It's not really all that hard, if the wii is plugged in, it's right under the light, if that's not what you meant and you're trying to play a game, then turn on the wii, and you'll come to the main menu with all the channels, there's this box that will show the title of the game or game discs, click on it, wait for the disc to be read if it isn't all ready and press start, make sure you have everything plugged in.
