you first flip the wii board upside down. take off the cover where the batteries are press the sync button then while the bar in the front of your wii fit blinks blue you open the front cover on the wii console underneath the power button press that sync bar after going onto the game part after turningyour wii on and it should just start up for you. after that go to wii channel press wii fit> start> then hit bar in front of fit board
