Where is the pit on Adventure Quest?

A lot of ppl say to click on the grass to the left of Battle button in front of Yulgar's Inn. I've spent alot of time clicking all over the main screen and have never been able to get in the pit. Today, I click on Twilly (or whatever the little healer dude is on the main screen). While he was healing me, I clicked on the left side of the screen and the pit appeared. Try it if you've not been able to get in on the main Battleon screen.
