the maintenance tunnel key is in the maintenace tunnels(to get to the maintenance tunnels you need to get out of paradise plaza into the leisure park then travel past the shed type wood structure, then you should see a group of white wood sructures with chairs and items underneath) travel past them then you should see a hole in the wall go in there and grab the red car go down to the maintenance tunnels and there should be a loading bit wait then when finished turn right straight away then turn left straight after that straight after turn right there should be a door at the end go in there and the maintenace key is in the top right corner of that room ok:)
