Where is the leader of the fighting dojo in Pokemon soul silver?

the fighting dojo leader is in a cave named Mt.Mortar in the Johto region ,to find him you must enter and go onto the water and climb the waterfall once you've done this you go onto the land and find a ladder going down -go down it. After this just venture aroud and eep on finding ladders. on the level that he's on you should start on a hill and you find 2 sets of stairs go down them and there he is :) hope this helped
