North of mossdeep city there is a cave called shoal cave this cave is unique because it has 2 different paths you can take one when the water is gone and the other when the water is overflowing. The path that appears when the water is gone will eventually lead you to an ice cave where you can find the Pokemon snorunt and many interesting items.
