You can get the experience share two ways. First would be to go to Castelia City and go into the Battle Company which is in the front of the city right after the Pokemon center. Just go into all the buildings until you find it. You should be greeted by a man and then you can go up to 2 floors and battle trainers. Once you beat all the trainers and the man that greeted you he will give you the Exp. Share. Another way is by going to Icirrus City and going through the houses until you find a man that will ask you to show him a Pokemon that leveled up 25 levels since you caught it. So show him your starter since it should be above that and you'll get your Exp. Share. Hope I helped!
