The experience share can be found in two places. One is castelia city. You go to floor 55 of a sky scraper with a green roof, defeat the janitor, and he'll give it to you.
The 2nd one is a gift by the Pokemon fanclub host. You have to show him on of your Pokemon, then level your Pokemon up 25-49 more levels. He will give you the exp share.
