The door (Vincent Doorface) tells you to get his eyes from the dungeon and that the door to the dungeon is in the ballroom. Back in the ballroom you click on the red door on the left and find yourself in the dungeon. Scroll around the dungeon until you see Big Bad Bill and he will ask if you want to play a game.
