Go to four island and enter the day care grab two Pokemon of opposite genders and put them in the day care or put a ditto and any Pokemon but a legendary no legendary can breed. Once there in the daycare walk around for awhile come back and talk to the man outside the day care he will give you an egg hatch it to get the preevolution of whatever you put in the daycare this is the only way to get Pokemon like pichu, elekid and cleffa and igglybuff.
