About a week from then, when you exit the house, you will get a scene where a blue bird is flying towards Caramel Falls. Go to Caramel Falls, and you will find a blue feather. Then, you can give it to whoever you want to marry.

no you can not buy the feather. after you get the person you like to 8 hearts, there will be a scene where the mayor comes and talkes about the blue bird. days after you will see the bird. you must then follow it the caremal falls all the way to the end. then you will find the blue feather after the bird drops its feather.
