In Pokemon Platinum, the Adamant Orb is located deep inside Mt. Coronet. In order to get to it, you will need Rock Climb, Surf and Waterfall. When you get to the top of Mt. Coronet in the snowy area, use Rock Climb and head into the cave on the east. Use Surf on the water and use Waterfall on the waterfall, then head into the cave entrance. In here you will find a rock with two PokeBalls, inside one of the PokeBalls is the Adamant Orb for Dialga, in the other will be the Lustrous Orb for Palkia, and if you press the A Button on the front of the rock, you will find the Stone Plate for Arceus!
