When you registered for moshi monsters, you should have entered either your e-mail or your parent's e-mail. Go to that e-mail account and check for an e-mail from Moshi Monsters. There should be an activation link inside the e-mail.
To activate your account, please click the link in that activation e-mail. If the link does not work, copy and paste the link into your browser address bar.
