When you registered for Moshi Monsters, you should have entered either your email address or your parent's email address. Go to that e-mail account and check for an email from Moshi Monsters. There should be an activation link in the email.
To activate your account, please click the link in that activation email. If the link does not work, copy and paste the link into your browser address bar.
