You're gonna have to do exactly what is say.
Get some strong pokemon around level 60. Take a pokemon that knows strength with you. Now go to route 15 and go to the pokemon transfer lab. Start at the door. Go east until you see the gate to White Forest/Black City. Go down the stairs until you run into a boulder. Now take 6 steps west and 1 step north. Now push the boulder 3 times west. After that you now you take 1 step east, 3 steps south, 3 step west and 2 steps north. Now push the boulder north until you stop. Then take 2 steps west and 2 steps north. Push the boulder into the hole and take 3 steps east. Finally step north 13 times. There should be a pokeball in front of you containing tm 09 venoshock!
