Go into Hearthome city and go straight ahead and to the left slightly and you'll see a normal house with a sign by it. Read the sign and if it says 'Poffin House' you're good to go.
Go to the right until you come to another slightly more appealing house and it should have a sign next to it. It should say 'Pokemon Fan Club' on it.
If you're looking for a poffin case, talk to the elderly man in there sitting on the blue sofa/couch.
