Get golduck (catch a psyduck or catch a golduck in the safari zone above 30) because he canlearn rock smash, strength, flash, surf, and watefall. After you get out of vistory rod, there will be a big building and inside it you'll find a poke mart and the Pokemon center. Remeber to save after you get out of victory road!
