Where is elite four soulsilver?

From your home town, New Bark Town, surf on the water right of your house to the Tohjo Falls. use Waterfall and go up the waterfall then go down the other one and head out. Head through both routes (you'll encounter many trainers along the 2 routes) and you'll find Victory Road (before continuing through the road the policeman will check if you have all 8 gym badges of Johto then you may proceed). At the end of the road your rival,Red will challenge you to a battle. Once you beat him go through the exit. You'll be at the Indigo Plateu. Go inside and you'll see a nurse joy behind a desk with Pokemon center equipment behind her. Heal your Pokemon (very important so you don't lose to them) there's also a store. I recommend buying Revives,Full Restores, and Hyper potions. you'll see a man standing in front of the door. Talk to him then he'll move. Go in and battle Will. Defeat him and then you'll battle Koga. Beat him and then battle Bruno. After battling him you'll battle Karen,the final member of the Elite four. Defeat her (if you can!) then you'll battle the champion,Lance. If your a spoiler and wanna know what Pokemon he has then here they are:
