OK first you can go to mount Cornet and then you can you use your super rod or great rod if you either one but Dartini can be found near the waterfall where you can find the orbs for Dialga and Palkia ethier one Drgonair or Dartini you choose and that's pretty much it and your welcome if this is what your looking for!
