aspiration lake?there is lake valor, lake verity, and lake acuity sorry but you must have spelled it wrong.
Some people also call the lake near turn back cave aspiration lake.
This has just become the name that people have used for that lake.
And, no there is no rare Pokemon there either.

If you are talking about the lake where giratinais hidden, you have to get the national pokedex from professor rowan. You get the national pokedex after seeing all of the Pokemon in Sinnoh, not including heatran, shamin, darkrai, etc. After that,you will notice that there is a new area, southof ??City,on your map. Follow the fence-maze until you find an entrance to the right; you are in spring path. Up ahead is the hidden lake. ( You will need to bring strong Pokemon, Giratina is lvl.70 and you need Hmdefog and hmrock climb. bring dusk balls because it is a ghost\ dragon and it is in a cave).
