You get the national pokedex after seeing all of the Pokemon in Sinnoh, not including heatran, shamin, darkrai, etc. After that,you will notice that there is a new area, southof ??City,on your map. Follow the fence-maze until you find an entrance to the right; you are in spring path. Up ahead is the hidden lake. ( You will need to bring strong Pokemon, Giratina is lvl.70 and you need Hmdefog and hmrock climb. bring dusk balls because it is a ghost\ dragon and it is in a cave).
