Theres a treasure hunters house between lilycove and mossdeep. You get the water stone(evolves stayu) if you give him the blue shard
the hunters house is just West of Mossdeep. On a mini island. You can trade: green shard for leaf stone, blue shard for water stone, red shard for frie stone and that's all i know.
NO, unfortunately Pokemon blue, red and yellow are all first generation Pokemon games and Pokemon sapphire is third generation. You can trade Pokemon from blue to games like gold and silver, but not games like firered and sapphire.
find a blue shard using Dive, and trade it to the guy by Mossdeep, or catch some clampearl, they hold blueshards too.
Water Stone...Well... If I remember correctly, there's a guy who's willing to trade a water stone for a Blue Shard. Oh! And you can find one on the Abandoned Ship.
There are two ways of getting a water stone: 1) On the abandoned ship there is one inside a pokeball. 2)Dive to the bottom of the sea and find a blue shard then take it to the shard hunters house and he will trade you one for your blue shard. Hope this helps.
There is a little house on the way from lily cove to Moss deep city, but it is closer to moss deep city. There is a guy in side the house and if you have a blue shard you can trade it and he will give you a water stone. BLUE SHARD&SHARDS there are blue deep areas and there are poke balls with shards in them.HOPE IT HELPS
