First, go to Crystalton and go to the northern end of the city. Go to the cabin with Mikko and Matti in it. talk to Mikko and he will ask you to Iggy Chewtoy at the Earton Pet shop for a toy for Barney's Birthday. Once you have the toy return to Mikko in Crystalton.
