If you beat the snowpoint gym u go to lake acuity and u will see ur friend. Commander Jupiter will say something about the Veilstone HQ in Veilstone City From there fly to veilstone and find the big bulding on the right top side of veilstone and then talk to the galactic Goon He will say something then The looker guy will come then he says go to the other building on the left side from there go to the building walk to the door and u go through the building get the storage key then go to the right bulding and go through the door. from there u go to battle Cyrus u get the master ball then go to mt.coronet outside of OreBurgh use surf on the water and then rock climb. from there i think u could find ur way,Hope i Helped
