fly to jublife city and you should be next to a Pokemon center go to the road then go left and stop when you see a old man then go up,up until you reach a person with green hair then go all the way left then enter the house(i think its a house) if you did not get the old rod get it from the guy inside the house that has a red or orange hat then he will give you the old rod after that exit from this house(the left exit)then get your way to the end of the dock then surf all the way left and you will see a captain if you want to battle him stand in front of him and when he looks at you the battle begins if you don't want to battle him get your bike and put it on the mode that makes the bike fast and when he looks up quickly ride down then you can go all the way down and take a left and enter the house and go into the left exit and you will reach canalave city then go up until you see Pokemon center and take a left turn until you reach the end of the bridge then you will see a gym enter it go north,west,trainer battle then the first two platforms trick you take the third platform that's north east from the guy with the yellow hat then take the platform that's kinda south east then head north and take the platform then go east then south and take the platform then go slightly south and east but before you reach all the way east you'll have a trainer battle after that continue going east then go north take thee platform and go west then go slightly north and make a left then go south then east and take the platform after take the platform that's north west and then go north then slightly east then go north (don't take the platform that's south) then go east before you even enter the platform you'll have a trainer battle after you beat the trainer take the platform then go slightly east take the platform and when you getoff the platform you'll have a trainer battle after you see that squeezed place go south then take the platform then go east then north to take the platform go north again then take the platform go up and you'll have a trainer battle then go slightly north and go east then go south thEn east to take the platform then go west until you reach a platform that has a red square on it and take that platform it will lead you to the gym leader beat him and you will earn the coal badge after that for a quick way to get out take the yellow square platform that's east from the gym leader the go slightly east and south take the platform then go slightly south and west then go slightly west and north take the platform then go slightly north and then go east and take the platform that has a red square on it then go all the way south and then east and then south to exit hope this helps!!!
