You can get Unown eggs from the Lab, Shelter, or through breeding. (Once you get one of them, you can breed the other forms if you pair an Unown with Ditto)
If you'r talking about Unknown eggs in the meaning of not in your Dex, it's the same way :3 Lab, Shelter, or from trading Pokemon and breeding an egg.
