The TM for U-Turn can be found by Surfing around Canalave.
You can also buy it at the Veilstone casino.
Like the person before me explained, U-turn can be found in Canalave.
Just go onto the dock where the sailor is waiting for you to go to Iron island. Face south and surf for a little bit until you get to a small piece of land that is surrounded by trees. Explore around there for a bit and the pokeball should be easy to find.
TM89 can be bought in the Veilstone Game Corner Prize building for 6000 coins.
I highly recommend training a Geodude until it learns Rock Throw. This does 4x damage against his Scyther and resists Normal-type moves (it uses Slash), so he can't do much to you. You can catch a Geodude in Union Cave. --- I couldn't write anything on your message board but I guess I'll ask on here. Do you know how to deflect the Scyther's Uturn move? I've got a level 22 evolved version of Chikorita, a level 4 rattatatatatata, a level 13 hoothoot, a level 3 topegie (forgive my spelling), and a few others that are like level 1 but have hypnosis and extrasensory and blah blah blah. I've beaten the cacoon dude and the Metapod but Scyther gets me everytime with his UTURN. You need to training a Pidgey/Pidgeotto to beat his Scyther or his other bug pokemon! --Nectaria
Mienshao. First of all, Bisharp has a 4X disadvantage to fighting type. Also, mienshao knows some wicked moves. If you want a fast one, have it jolly nature. If you want a strong one, have it adamant nature. train it's speed by going to route 9 and use it to beat up every wild pokemon. train its attack by going to route 1. If you wan to know more about why these routes, then go to serebii.net and search EV training. It's moveset should be uturn, jump kick, fake out, drain punch, or stone edge, or bounce. It should have regenerator ability, and give it a coba berry, or a life orb, or a shell bell.
First of all, WHAT LEVEL ARE YOUR POKEMON? I would recommend that they all be in the mid 60s. But I beat the Elite 4 and Champion on my first try with a lv.68 Empoleon and a lv.55 Dialga. The first elite 4 is Bug, if you have high level Infernape and Staraptor you will get through easy but watch out for Drapion it knows Ice Fang the only thing that can onehitKO it is usually an Earthquake from a highlevel Ground pkmn. 2nd is ground: use Palkias water moves and use some grass moves for the wishcash and quagsire. 3rd is fire: palkia will be really good use water moves lots be carful for Infernape and Drifblim cause aftermath causes damage and Infernape knows Thunderpunch which turns the tables on water types and he has steelix and lopunny too. luckan is Psychic and you need to use dark bug or ghost types i think ou should teach Azelf shadow ball and keep using that watch out for Girafferig cause ghost wont affect use luxray and use crunch if u have it. and 4 bronzong use fire cause levitate makes ground useless. for champion read carefully Spiritomb Lv.60 has dark pulse psychic silver wind and some ghost move Lucario lv. 61-64 i forget level... earthquake aura sphere psychic and dragonpulse Milotic lv. 64 mirror coat surf aquaring icebeam? Garchomp lv.66 dragonrush, gigaimpact somthng else... Gastrodon lv.61-63 sludgebomb earthquake muddywater stoneedge Roserade lv.60-62? Tips: Spiritomb: watch out for Pressure ability it makes you use 2 pp instead of 1 and it has no weakness Lucario: has very versitile moves (use fight then psychic kos, use fire then earthquake kos, etc) Milotic: use physical attacks because mirror coat is deadly with milotics high hp and sp. defence garchomp: Cynthia's 1hitKO machine, fast, powerful, and has great moves. Watch out for Sitrus berry it restores health, and watch out for dragon rush it has STAB (same type ability boost) so it does more damage and its powerful but doesnt have good accuracy giga impact is like hyper beam physical and harchomp cant move on next turn. Etc, ... Recommended Team for YOu: Palkia lv. high 60s, Surf, spacial rend, ancientpower, fire blast Mantine (lv up mantyke with remoraid in party to evolve) lv 55+ moves Bounce, Hydro pump, icebeam, and aquaring staraptor lv.60 bravebird, uturn, closecombat, toxic infernape lv 64+ flareblitz, earthquake gigaimpact, arial ace luxray and azelf you decid but make sure azelf nows shado bal and lux. crunch LOL and hope this works PS level up team lots if low leveled, and I had beat the champions Garchomp with a Lv.1 rattata, how: 1) Breed 2 raticate that both know Endeavor and quick attack 2) give the rattata a focus band or sash. 3) when Pokemon attacks, rattatas hp goes to 1 because it used focus item 4) rattata use endeavor, Garchomp HP becomes one (must be used after sitrus berry and full restores are all gone) 5) use Quick Attack next turn for a sure strike and it has to do at least 1 damage no matter what 6) Rattata grows about 10-15 levels!!!!!!!!!

technicallly speaking you can't but you only get a warning if cops catch you doing it. In tassie to get your p plates you need to NOT do that in the test. :D
A super highway is generally defined as a limited access highway in hte US. The only opportunity for a U turn on these highways is a restricted area intended for use by emergency vehicles. No other vehicles are allowed to make U turns on these highways.
Mewtwo:Blizard, phsycic, recover, aurasphere. Dragonite:Outrage, earthquake, uturn, brickbreak. Rayquaza:Outrage, fly, extremespeed, fireblast. Lugia:Aereoblast, extrasensory, hydropump, skyattack Togekiss:Skyattack, aurasphere, fireblast, thunder Raichu:Volttackle, surf, fly, thunder other than the fact that you have to dragon types it sounds good. it really would depend on the move sets and stats that your Pokemon have though. for in game though, any team of level 100 will own everything.
Should it ever get to court, most judges will assign split negligence to both drivers, although the pressumption is that the driver backing out of the driveway is supposed to be looking both ways up and down down the street.
