you go too route 209 walk along the path until you see a big place that looks like a temple go in it and battle people then go to the top there will be two old ladies standing there. One will give you strength. One will give you a cleanse tag. the old lady with strength will say you have too beat a gym to use it. It is true but i also forgot the gym.
