Some medals can only be found in the rokusho version like the phoniex medal. But you can only get the bomb medal in the metabee version. As in, its only in that version. there are other medals around!

Monoklar happens to be that medabot with the purple Tophat and the shield with crimestick. He also has a driving medapart like Knight armour (who is from the metabee version). And he is a little better despite the fact he doesnt even have any attack parts but his head.
