Go to canalave city.Byron's Gym alternate place.When you see a sailor who takes you to iron island once you beat the gym there are 2 spots of water next to him.Fish a good rod.It might appear.Or fly or go to floraoma town to the valley windworks.Surf on the right side of the wooden bridge.Then go up and follow the trail.If you keep going and land on a 2 step area of land you will find the TM thunderbolt.Then surf again onto the area of land that the spinning turbine is on.Then use a good rod.You will find a couple magikarps but you will soon enough find a finneon.Evolve by training or day-care process.Take it out every day to see it's new moves.If you go to iron island and go in the small cavern.You go to the right stairs and you'll see a body of water.Fish a good rod.Lumineon is obtainable there too.If you have Pokemon ruby in your gba slot.You can catch Mahwile at a high level in iron island.Be on the lookout though.Bye!!!
