go to bills house in route 25 first show him an oddish and he will give you a leafstone next show him a growlithe and he will give you a firestone. growlithe can be found in ecreutek city.
Or as an easier way earlier on in the game, you can go to the Pokeathlon Dome and get 2,500 points and on a Tuesday purchase the fire stone.
