1.) Defeat Cynthia / Pokemon League and receive the National Pokedex.
2.) Go to 'Spring Path' which is located South-East of 'Veilstone City'.
3.) Make your way around to the cave entrance (Rock Climb is required. And Surf might be aswell, not sure).
4.) Find your way through the cave (I'm not sure which order of sub-entrances it is so just keep going through the one straight ahead or the one that you do NOT need rock smash for).
5.) Once you make it through, you will be in a room with a blue / purple oval ahead of you. This is the entrance to the 'Distortion World'.
6.) Make your way through until you find the Griseous Orb. Don't panic about making your way through though. It isn't liek the first 'Distortion World'. There is only one way to go. It is quick and easy so you'll have the Orb within 2 minutes. ;)
