actually you need a few things
1. A Pokemon that knows strength
2. A Pokemon that knows surf
3. A Few Quick Balls
4. A Pokemon strong enough to take out level 25-31 Pokemon
you need to go to where u battled the team rocket dude if u havent already.
then u need to use strength on the boulder blocking the way. then u need to surf to the ladder on the right. go down and surf on the water. you should run into only slowpokes or slowbros.
