You can find one in Fallabor town, in front of the move tutor house there is a meteor crater. Press A in front of it and you will get a nugget. There is also another spot where you can jump down the ledges of Lavaridge town. This one is tricky so make sure you take your time or you will have to start all over. Near the ledges, jump one down, the next ledge you jump but stay and walk up the ledge and there will be a pokeball, it contains a nugget.
