hey dumb Sean that dang item is a dang razor FANG - and no one will give you good ratings you find the item razor FANG in the big grass area I THINK THE ONE WITH THE COLLECTOR IN IT

The item is called Razor Claw , Morons up there and you can find it in the Wayward cave , Hidden under the Cycling Road.
You can also find it in Victory Road which is in front of the Elite Four
The Last one is after you have beaten the Champion , Elite four and are training for the Battle Frontier... or go to galactic headquorters in valestone city and go to the 4th floor up their use the dowsing machine and it leads you.
