You can find shellder at rout 26.I'm pretty sure your going to need a super rod so if you don't have one you can get it from this one fisher dude somewhere between routs 15 and 14. I'm pretty sure that shellder comes out at any time of the day but if that's not true then it for sure 100% comes out at night :)
