There is a fighting guy, who doesn't challenge you, and on the table there is a Pokéball. The Pokéball is Eevee. By then if u have got every poke ball that u have seen u should have a moon stone to evolve eevvee into espeon or umbreon.
You can find eevee on island 4 or 5 once you beat the elite 4, have 60 captured Pokemon, and you have a ruby from Clinto, te guy on island 1.
