Well, you can get them from 2 places. They are both gotten by getting farther into the game (like on the last 5 lvl's) the first way is by killing this snail-like creature called gancheek (english version of patapon 2) and it will almost always drop a kasu seed. Another way is by defeating a boss called Shookle or it's stronger/weaker version (I can't remember). It drops all kinds of seeds. Hope that helped!
