TIP: My friend had a Scyther and traded it over holding a Metal Coat, and guess what? It evolved into Scizzor, even though I already knew that!
It also drops from magnemite, so it's just a matter of having a pokémon knowing Thief, or just catching the magnemite and inspect them individually.
