You'll need to hack a game and store all it's files on your computer, then if it's a game like SADX, you go to program files, Sega, Sonic adventure DX (demo) and if you want to change sonic's color, find sonic.pvm, Then the texture file will open in paint, if it has too much colors open a program like gimp or photoshop then edit the picture there, then copy it back to paint, once you save it, you get to play as your new hacked character!! but if it's a game, you need to save the hack on the cartridge/CD.
