All three just wandering around, the chance of finding one is slim but worth a try. Suicine can be found if your starter is a fire type. Entai can be found if the starter is a grass type. Raikou can be found if the starter is a water type. and if you encounter it and it runs just don't try anymore. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE, trust mee I tried, OVER AND OVER.
