Mummitomium is only found in Egypt and is very rare and hard to find.
Sometimes you can see at least one piece on map view but if not, try the market. The relics store sometimes has mummitomium for sale.
If you cannot find any on your own, or in a store, check the next day; random rocks and new items generate every sim 24-hrs. - Hope this helped!

Or, if you want the easy way... ctrl - shift - c, then type in the cheat box - buydebug on.
Then go onto buy mode and you should find it under the second tab (shop by type and not by room) under the ?.
