I have done this a million times. In the mansion on cannibar island on the top floor do not press the first switch when u go up first u have to get the TM in the middle room and then use the switch and u can get the key. u can only be on this floor once the rest of the time u can not get to it so get every thing in there.PS(there is a solerbeam TM u can find if u go down(not on floors,on the screen) after u pick up the key it is on the top floor so is the solerbeam and blizzerd TM. I recommend Blizzerd for Blastoise be cause u arnt gonna be screwed if up up against a strong grass Pokemon if u don't use it on him u are pretty much ***** screwed.(I learned that the hard way)
