For Pokemon Silver catch these three in the wild inside Mt.Silver. Go to the third section of the cave where you fight "RED" and run around until you find them. Zapdos can be caught in the "am" i believe since i got him between 11am and 12pm. Moltres can be caught at night. Articuno i have no idea since i have not yet caught him. actually zaptos is caught near the power plant and articuno is caught at sea foam island.
