1. Moltres is found at the top of Mt. Ember in Island #1. If you don't know where's this island actually you can only find that place after you have beaten the Gym Leader (Blaine) of the Cinnabar Gym. When you'll go out of the gym a guy named Bill will talk to you and invite you to come with him to the Sevii Islands. You should go with him to reach Island
#1 and there are also other Islands there.
2. In the power plant (Near the dark cave, but use surf,) go through a mini maze and you find Zapdos
3. You need to go to seafoam island to find articuno

No, they're not good enough. With the Zapdos, Articuno and Moltres learn 'fly' and get to level 57. Get your Rapidash and Nidorino to level 55
