I would suggest you catch one in the Safari Zone, or trade for one. If you've completed the game you can also migrate Pokemon from the Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Firered, and Leafgreen (if you have a marowak then migrate it, BUT be warned once you migrate your Pokemon they can NEVER RETURN to their original game pak).
