First of all, you have to have Lyla on the island. I believe you meet her at a festival... Then you have ship lots and lots of flowers and herbs. This should also unlock Basil when you go to the lake and the Sanitorium next to the clinic. Then if you check your map there should be a shop over by the library (if you have it) next to the town square. The shop is called Hearty Lyla I think.....
