Im asking the same questions... But what I think you can do is get the CD that virtual DJ provides and download it to the PC and make it digital so you can play in the dmix 300 .. Then you will use the L/R channels ourt put to the PC/Laptop. The only thing is that you might have to but the adapter which Is about 20-30 dollars to convert the RCA Jacks to usb.. :-) I would say it works.. Just my opinion.. I don't think youll be able to use it as a midi controller tho
