Not really as far as I know. You can "Make Alias" (on a Mac) of the file and put it where you want it tho. It doesn't move the file it just makes a pointer of where it's at. (In Windows you "Create a Shortcut") "Right click" gives you the menu.

You launch it from wherever you saved it to.
